These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyEnergyHub.pk (the "Site"), operated by Capital IT (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Pakistan with its registered office at 35 Commercial, Jasmine Block, Parkview City, Lahore. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account registration
Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@myenergyhub.pk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or use someone else's credentials.
3. Calculators and AI tools — limitation of advice
The calculators, AI bill analyser, and guides on MyEnergyHub are informational tools, not professional engineering or financial advice. Results depend on the inputs you provide and on assumptions about Pakistan's NEPRA tariff, DISCO billing practices, and equipment availability that may change without notice.
Before purchasing equipment, signing an installer contract, or applying for net metering, verify all figures with a qualified solar engineer and your DISCO. Capital IT's installation team can prepare a binding proposal — see /contact.
4. Community forum rules
By posting in /community, you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Spam, advertise, or post affiliate links without permission.
- Share other people's personal information without consent.
- Impersonate Capital IT staff or other users.
- Post copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
We may edit, lock, or delete posts at our discretion and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Capital IT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and archive it on the Site.
5. Installation services
Capital IT's installation services are governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of order. The quotes, designs, and timelines on MyEnergyHub are indicative — the final contract you sign with Capital IT controls the relationship.
6. Subscriptions and payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan (e.g. Pro), the price is shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew at the stated cadence. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, images, calculators, code, guides, and branding, is owned by Capital IT or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the calculators.
"MyEnergyHub" and "Capital IT" are trademarks of Capital IT (Pvt) Ltd.
8. Third-party services
The Site integrates third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Supabase, Google Cloud AI, Resend, JazzCash). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of calculations. See our Disclaimer for full details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Capital IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is higher.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital IT, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You can stop using the Site at any time and request account deletion via support@myenergyhub.pk.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
